We are very fortunate to have families who take great pride in being actively engaged in their child’s education.

On this page you will find information on the resources available to our families–from login help for Clever and HAC, to the PTO and volunteer opportunities, to Transportation.

The PTO sponsors many programs including a school-wide fund-raiser, t-shirt/sweatshirt sales, Art Smart, Fun Fair, costume dance, holiday shop, and more. Parent volunteers in the faculty work room, Instructional Media Center and in classrooms make a valuable contribution to the quality of education at Horizon.

Our families are integral part of P-H-M’s Triangle of Success, which connects students, teachers and parents. It is this collaboration and relationship building that has lead to our students students’ prowess.
