Martin’s Advantage Card

Please please take just a minute and re-register your Martin's Advantage card to Horizon for the Martin's Advantages for Education Program. All schools' codes have changed so all supporters must re-register. So far our points for Horizon are way down from last year and they pay for a ton of school supplies.

It's super fast & easy to do online or your phone!!

Just go to www.martins-supermarkets.com, scroll to the bottom and click on "Advantages for Education." Scroll down and Click on the Enrollment link. The forms just asks for:

       (1)  your name,
       (2)  Martin's Advantage card number, and
       (3)  School code – Horizon is 50166.

*click submit and you're done! It won't hurt your gas points or other points – it's a community program.

That's it!!!! 🙂

Please sign up as soon as you can, Martin's rewards really help Horizon with class packs for crayons, markers, oils, paint, glue, and much more.
