2018 Science Fair

The Regional Science Fair happened at Norte Dame over the weekend—March 3, 2018. We had several student representing Horizon Elementary. Here is the recap of the winners:

Rana Amouri was the big prize winner getting a 1st place ribbon, DNA Learning Center Award, Notre Dame Biology Award, Serim Research Award, Hoosier Science and Engineering Award, AND if all that wasn’t enough she is advancing to the State Fair! 

Other winners included: Ellie Satre, who got 2^nd place and the STARBASE Excellence in STEM award
